From 2009 to 2012, the Esopus Foundation operated the exhibition and performance venue Esopus Space in New York's Greenwich Village thanks to a generous grant from the Andy Warhol Foundation. We're excited to announce that we will be creating a pop-up venue in the same space (64 West 3rd Street, #210) for the entire month of May.

We kicked off the month with a launch party for Esopus 25 on May 9th. The event also served as the opening reception for an exhibition of artwork by undiscovered artist Randy S. Jones that is also featured in the issue. Attendees included contributors to the issue, as well as Esopus supporters, readers, and colleagues, and the event was free and open to the public.
