An incredible location, perfect weather and a lively crowd of contributors, supporters, subscribers and colleagues combined to create one of our most memorable issue launches at the Museum of Modern Art's Library and Archives. It couldn't have been a more fitting context for the launch of Esopus 23: the issue's installment of our long-running "Modern Artifacts" series, copresented with MoMA's Archives, features 60 years' worth of documents and photos related to events in MoMA's iconic sculpure garden, which the balcony adjoining the Library's Reading Room overlooks.
